Description

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up, stock, and maintain work areas.

Set, clean and tear down of buffet and dinning tables.

Assist servers and bar tenders with food running and table maintenance.

Inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silverware.

Maintain neat and tidy work areas throughout the day.

Storing equipment, restocking refrigerators and dry goods.

Completing daily cleaning checklist.

Additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications & Experience:

Serving It Right certification.

Food Safe Level 1 considered an asset.

Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 11.5 kilograms (25 pounds) without assistance.

Capable to bend frequently, stand and walk for long periods of time.

Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is an asset.


Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the business needs of a hotel environment, including early mornings (5 am), late evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Salary:
$17.48-$23.30 per hour
