Job Details

Provide specialized delivery governance and control support for the Portfolio Management and Governance Group. Implements policies / processes and/or initiatives to meet delivery governance and control objectives. Provides reporting, analysis, and assessments at the segment level.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely completion and documentation of daytoday PMaG administration and control activities.
  • Run and review portfolio level dashboards to ensure accuracy and flag potential deviations from the Delivery Execution Framework.
  • Support Enterprise Portfolio Management and Governance group with segment specific data requests related to Board and Regulatory reporting.
  • Conduct research; support the development / delivery of PMaG materials and presentations to management or broader audience.
  • Assist Change Lead and PMaG Managers with change management activities, supporting Journey and Platform team members with alignment to changes in the Delivery Execution Framework.
  • Supports financial governance processes and procedures to ensure Journey and Platform activities meet enterprise and segment enterprise.
Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
  • 5+ year of relevant experience.
  • Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end.
  • Focus on short to medium term issues (e.g. monthlyquarterly).
  • Generally, reports to a Senior / Manager role.
