Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Ensure high availability of systems by reducing downtimes, responding to and resolving problem tickets, and adapting to priority business changes.
Develop team members through coaching, training, objective setting, ongoing feedback, and recognition. Communicate information from throughout the organization and lead the team through significant changes.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement related to production uptime and reducing ticket backlogs.
Monitor industry trends and participate in professional and industry forums to advise on opportunities for strategic improvement on processes and technology.
Coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to help ensure Trapeze can meet its goals.
Identify and pursue opportunities where technology could be used to add value to the organization.
Grow and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure technical activities are prioritized and completed to meet expectations.
Facilitate the maintenance and upgrades of existing systems.

Requirements:

23 years of experience in infrastructure roles would be an asset.
13 years of experience in a people leadership role.
Must be comfortable in a highly technical environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.
Prior experience with business analysis would be an asset.
Prior P&L or budget experience would be an asset.
Proven track record of building strong relationships and ability to use interpretative skills to understand and relate industry/client requirements are essential.
