Responsibilities:


  • Ensure high availability of systems by reducing downtimes, responding to and resolving problem tickets, and adapting to priority business changes.
  • Develop team members through coaching, training, objective setting, ongoing feedback, and recognition. Communicate information from throughout the organization and lead the team through significant changes.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement related to production uptime and reducing ticket backlogs.
  • Monitor industry trends and participate in professional and industry forums to advise on opportunities for strategic improvement on processes and technology.
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders regularly to help ensure Trapeze can meet its goals.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities where technology could be used to add value to the organization.
  • Grow and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical activities are prioritized and completed to meet expectations.
  • Facilitate the maintenance and upgrades of existing systems.

Requirements:


  • 23 years of experience in infrastructure roles would be an asset.
  • 13 years of experience in a people leadership role.
  • Must be comfortable in a highly technical environment, supporting multiple stakeholders.
  • Prior experience with business analysis would be an asset.
  • Prior P&L or budget experience would be an asset.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships and ability to use interpretative skills to understand and relate industry/client requirements are essential.
