Description
Responsibilities:
- Process and issue customer orders and invoices and any additional paperwork for outgoing deliveries
- Prepare delivery schedules
- Coordinate on inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and Provide product stock availability
- Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
- Other duties assigned
Quanlification:
- Important
- Spoken languages
- Chinese and English;
- Post secondary education is required
- 1 year of administrative /office experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong administration, record keeping and data entry skills
- Effective time management skills
- Self-Starter with distinct attention to detail and flexibility to handle diverse tasks
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary:
$18.00-$23.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- North York, ON M3N 1Y7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- Data entry: 1 year (preferred)
