Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
- Manage personnel files, such as those related to hiring, salary and position changes, status changes, and employment terminations and reactivations.
- Prepare and check the weekly payroll for staff employed at all stores across Canada.
- Prepare records of employment, as well as documentation pertaining to group insurance, RRSP/DPSP, CNESST, SAAQ, alimony, etc.
- Process specifics related to statutory holidays in accordance each province's legislation.
- Issue T4 and RL1 slips.
- Perform any other related administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure within set deadlines.
- Rigour, meticulousness, and discretion.
- Keen interest in working in a dynamic environment.
- An outstanding team player with good organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with company employees across the country.
