Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support to the Finance team.
  • Manage personnel files, such as those related to hiring, salary and position changes, status changes, and employment terminations and reactivations.
  • Prepare and check the weekly payroll for staff employed at all stores across Canada.
  • Prepare records of employment, as well as documentation pertaining to group insurance, RRSP/DPSP, CNESST, SAAQ, alimony, etc.
  • Process specifics related to statutory holidays in accordance each province's legislation.
  • Issue T4 and RL1 slips.
  • Perform any other related administrative tasks.

Requirements:


  • Ability to handle multiple files simultaneously and work under pressure within set deadlines.
  • Rigour, meticulousness, and discretion.
  • Keen interest in working in a dynamic environment.
  • An outstanding team player with good organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with company employees across the country.
