Description

As the first point of contact for 360 Community Management head office, the receptionist is expected to perform various office administrative duties.


Responsibilities and Accountability:


  • Greeting visitors and guests and directing them to the appropriate staff members/meeting areas
  • Answering all incoming telephone calls and ensuring they are directed to the appropriate people
  • Sorting and directing mail and processing courier packages
  • Provide administrative support to staff in the head office, including meeting/conference scheduling, coordination of office events and special projects as requested
  • Accountable for the general maintenance of the head office including ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Communicating with internal and external couriers; Preparing, receive and distributing of all courier packages in a timely manner

Job Specifications:


  • At least 2 years experience working in customer service or office administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to converse fluently in English is essential
  • Relevant postsecondary education with Diploma/Degree in Business Administration would be beneficial
  • MS Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
  • Ability to perform tasks in an accurate, efficient and timely manner
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle complexity
  • Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy, strong "service" focus
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Salary:
$41,000.00-$46,000.00 per year
