Responsibilities:

Perform freight forwarding tasks on a daily basis
Assist the import/export operation (air, ocean, freight, and sales), and ensure accurate processing of paperwork to minimize errors.
Provide excellence in customer service and the first place of contact for client inquiries, concerns and complaints.
Special attention to key assigned accounts.
Complete accurate monthly reports as requested by management and customers.
Provide shipment information for import/export customers and support the sales department in negotiating rates and quotes for services.
Maintain accurate filing system(s), update/input details of shipments in the system and ensure accuracy for billing.
Coordinate shipments and send prealert notices to customers and related departments as required.

Requirements:

At least 23 years of freight forwarding experiences
Associate's or bachelor's degree in business operations, logistics, mathematics, or related field preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask
Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and document creation software such as Adobe Acrobat
Mandarin and English fluency
Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment
Willing and eager to learn
Professional communication demeanour
Strong organization skills and time management skills
Strong problemsolving abilities
