As a core member of our AEOI/FATCA team, you will be working with some of the industry's most accomplished professionals to deliver award-winning services for complex fund structures that our clients can depend upon.

Citco's AEOI (Automatic exchange of Information) team provides business solutions to investment fund clients regarding the US FATCA and OECD CRS tax information exchange regimes


Our AEOI solutions include:

  • Completion of annual regulatory filings for both FATCA and CRS
  • Maintaining accountholder due diligence and documentation
  • Review/remediation of preexisting investors as required

Your Role:


Reporting to the Senior Vice President(s), AEOI Services, you will be principally responsible for supporting AEOI operations for one of Citco's largest private equity clients, in a highly dynamic environment.

Acting as a key contact, you will have the opportunity to work closely with senior client contacts and internal partners across global offices and business divisions to ensure a seamless delivery of service.


  • You will maintain AEOI data on entities within the client corporate structure.
  • Monitor systems and documentation on newly organized or acquired entities and performing IRS registrations
  • Support daily operations for account holder documentation processes and queries
  • Support AEOI tax information analyses and preparation of XML format submission files
  • Liaise remote teams; track entity information
  • Local AEOI portal registration/deregistration, communication and trouble shooting

About You:


  • You must be degree qualified (preferably in a discipline relevant to Financial Services).
  • Experience in private equity, hedge funds, FATCA and/or CRS regulations whilst an asset, is not a requirement
  • Excellent interpersonal/relationship management skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing requirements and priorities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven experience managing multiple projects/deliverables; excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Results driven and selfmotivated
  • Business, technical and commercial acumen
  • Strong understanding of quality and risk management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a global team
