Description
- Handle customer calls daily regarding orders, products, service questions and general
- Follow up with customers regarding any issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients.
- Sign up new customers, retrieve and update customer information in the customer service database
- Address issues related to clients
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representative with experience in customer support.
- Highly organized and capable of prioritizing tasks according to urgency.
- Detail oriented.
- Efficient communicator.
- Excellent follow up skills
- Perfectly bilingual
Salary:
$40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
