About this role
The LenelS2 Cloud GM is responsible for transforming and setting the strategic direction for our SaaS and Cloud offerings.

You will set a vision, strategic plan, and Go-To-Market strategies that will leverage our unique value proposition to enable the organization for future growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build an agile and entrepreneurial culture to drive SaaS and Cloud transformation.
  • Develops new ways to win and SaaS/Cloud growth strategies to increase profitability, reoccurring revenue and market share of the organization.
  • Sets and executes organizational goals and objectives to ensure alignment with broader organizational strategies.
  • With a sense of urgency, fiercely executes the operations and/or projects to meet established targets and metrics.
  • Directs a multifunctional team to ensure area of responsibility meets business strategy goals and objectives.
  • Negotiates and/or approves contracts and agreements with suppliers, distributors, federal and state agencies, and other organizational entities to ensure that the organization's interests are protected.
  • Represents the organization as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders in order to present a positive image of the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years' experience in the security industry for an industrial organization that develops and delivers technologybased products.
  • 7+ years' technical and engineering experience along with proven leadership and management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Effective at facetoface interaction with customers, support to technical meetings, technical interchanges, and enterprise working groups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Ability to drive transformation to meet the needs of the business.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build winwin partnerships externally with customers and internally within an organization.
  • Strong business and cloud acumen
  • The ability to influence across a matrixed environment.
  • A sense of ownership and creative drive to get things done.
  • Excellent team leadership credentials, developing highperforming teams, and creating a compelling vision and culture across the organization.
