Job Description:

We currently have an opening for a
Human Resources Coordinator to join the team in our
Vancouver office.


Responsibilities will include the following:

  • Assisting with the daytoday operations of HR functions.
  • Assisting with recruitment including creating, and maintaining job postings, reviewing resumes, phone screening, booking interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Assisting with our onboarding process.
  • Coordinating annual training.
  • Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Other HR tasks and projects as assigned.

Job Requirements:


  • An undergraduate degree or diploma in Human Resources from an accredited postsecondary institution.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Knowledge of BC Employment Standards is an asset.
  • Ability to travel throughout BC periodically.

The salary range for this position is $56,700.00 to $70,800.00, and is commensurate with experience relative to this position.
