Job Description:


  • What You'll Be Doing
  • The PMO Financial Analyst will be reporting to the Sr. Manager, PMO Financial Governance within Enterprise Technology. This role is accountable to provide analytical support to project managers for financerelated activities associated with Bank projects including: analysis, & PMO reporting, business case support, project setup & closure, develop project standards, and troubleshooting finance issues. You will provide information and analysis, make recommendations and suggest consequences of proposed actions for management consideration. This includes providing accurate plans, forecasts and management reporting for all aspects of the project. You will work closely with portfolio directors, internal finance groups, senior technology and business leadership teams.

  • Relationship Building
  • Required to respond to project managers inquires and requests, providing professional high quality customer service for the assigned portfolio to ensure client satisfaction. You will liase and interact with project managers as part of the daily management of your portfolio. Perform the validation and reconciliation exercise of monthly actuals and forecasts with the project budget/plan.
  • Tracking Monitor, track and analyze the project financial accruals and project recoveries on a monthly basis and work with Finance to ensure accuracy of journal entries made on the General Ledger (GL)
  • Review monthly forecasts and financial updates provided by the Project Managers for completeness and accuracy. Compile, review and distribute financial reports to senior management
  • Who You Are

  • You have 12 years in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on excel (macros, basic coding, etc.)
