The Role
Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager is responsible for the overall successful operation of the sales staff in their home store.
This person will manage the daily performance of the Sales Consultants ensuring all Sales team members maintain exceptional customer service.
As well, the Sales Manager will ensure ongoing performance growth and development for the Sales Consultants on their assigned team.
What you will be doing
- Develop and maintain a culture which values excellent customer service through effective training, supervision, coaching and leadership.
- Engage and motivate staff to achieve key goals and performance expectations.
- Coach team members to provide excellent customer service which creates an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
- Communicate to employees all issues which affect the sales department.
To be successful in this role you must
- Previous sales management experience would be an asset.
- Have a positive attitude and be able to work well with others in a teambased environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong attention to details skills.
- Thrive in a busy environment.
- Strong computer skills.
