Job Title:
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and presentations for meetings, ensuring the CEO is wellprepared and informed.
- Deadline Management: Monitor and track deadlines for projects, reports, and deliverables, ensuring the CEO stays on schedule.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain confidential company documents, files, and records, ensuring easy access and retrieval.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics, accommodations, and itineraries for the CEO, optimizing efficiency and comfort.
- Task Delegation: Delegate tasks to appropriate staff members and follow up to ensure timely completion, holding team members accountable for meeting deadlines.
- Priority Management: Assess and prioritize the CEO's workload, proactively identifying areas where support is needed to optimize productivity.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate potential issues and obstacles, and proactively address them to keep operations running smoothly.
- Personal Assistance: Provide personal assistance to the CEO as needed, including managing personal appointments, errands, and household tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting Clevel executives.
- Strong calendar management experience is required (Google Calendar & Calendly Management).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with individuals at all levels.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Knowledge of basic office equipment operation (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Familiarity with Apple Computers is a plus
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Resourcefulness and problemsolving skills.
- Previous experience in project management or event planning is a plus.

Salary:
From $50,000.00 per year. Salary noted is a base and increases based on experience.
Expected hours: 80 per week
