You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.


How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks.

With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.

You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed.

You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.

What extra ingredients you will bring

:


  • Complete the proper powered industrial vehicle inspections at the beginning of the shift.
  • Transport all the necessary raw and packaging materials from the warehouse locations to the processing and packaging areas by following proper material management principles such as First Expire, First Out (FEFO).
  • Complete the correct SAP transactions to stage and backstage any raw and packaging materials from the warehouse to the consumption areas and vice versa during the shift.
  • Complete the proper daily tray counts and keep the trays of finished row up product neat and cleaned.
  • Transport any finished goods to the shipping areas as required.
  • Place any broken pallets in the designated garbage areas around the processing and packaging areas.
  • Ensure that all processing and packaging areas are kept neat and clean.
  • Follow all the safety procedures and policies and ensure that good manufacturing procedures are followed.
  • Report any unsafe conditions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education / Certifications

:


  • Must have a valid license to safely operate a powered industrial vehicle (BT and/or Walkie Rider)
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience operating a powered industrial vehicle (BT and/or Walkie Rider)
  • Must be a High School graduate.
  • Must be able to read and comprehend different types of written documents in English.
  • Must be able to accurately record material management documentation in English.

  • Must have a demonstrated passion to follow FEFO principles.
  • Physically agile and able to move with manual dexterity in fastpaced environment
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are required
  • Must have a good attitude and a strong willingness to learn
  • Proven ability to work under pressure
  • Have working knowledge of various safety programs; Demonstrated ability to work in a safe competent manner, follow all GMP guidelines; safety rules and procedures as required
  • Must be a strong performer who demonstrates reliability, an excellent attendance record, strong selfdirected individual and group work ethic.
