The Opportunity:

Strategy and Leadership:


  • Develop and execute the strategy and plan, including full P&L responsibility and team leadership, to ensure that business results are achieved on time and on budget.
  • Establish the right KPIs and cadence of reporting to ensure that the business is performing according to plan.
  • Help shape the longerterm strategy and vision for the role that Kt plays within the larger Knix ecosystem, developing a plan to help maximize growth, leverage both brand's momentum and improve ROI Speak to Kt's performance and strategy at the company and board levels.

Marketing and Brand:


  • Think strategically about the best ways to build a brand that feels authentic and relevant to both parents and teens.
  • Identify key partnerships and new strategic opportunities to build brand awareness and keep the brand top of mind for teens and their parents.
  • Work with internal and external partners to identify impactful brand moments and strategic initiatives to enable the brand to dominate the conversation in puberty and period care in North America and beyond.
- **Omni Channel and Growth**:
  • Strategically navigate the rollout of new growth channels for the brand digitally and in real life to help grow sales and brand awareness, partnering closely with our internal Retail, Amazon and Wholesale teams to create a holistic Kt omnichannel strategy.
  • Leverage consumer insights and collaborate with the broader Knix product design, merchandising, and planning teams to finalize product assortment and gotomarket strategy.
  • Partner with the eCommerce team to help shape the Kt site experience and merchandising strategies on both the Kt and Knix sites
  • Work closely with Knix executives to leverage the Knix infrastructure for seamless, rapid growth.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years of experience in crossfunctional leadership roles within highgrowth companies or entrepreneurial ventures.
  • Solid understanding of brand development and experience collaborating with Brand Marketers on campaigns and awareness strategies.
  • Proven expertise in driving growth, with a strong grasp of growth marketing strategies and tactics.
  • An analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problemsolving demonstrated through a track record of datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Operational experience in executing expansion strategies, both online and in physical retail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage crossfunctional stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
