Key Accountabilities

  • Undertaking various food preparation tasks, including line cooking
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the work area
  • Collaborating with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations
  • Building strong relationships with guests, colleagues, suppliers, and regulators
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards
  • Performing assigned duties and responsibilities
  • Striving to find enjoyment in work while maintaining professionalism

Education and Qualifications

  • Embracing the company culture and values, with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Preferably, 2 years of culinary training or experience in a reputable establishment
  • Experience in high-volume line cooking is beneficial
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to lift up to 25kg
