Physio Connect is a patient
- focused Multi disciplinary clinic that offers, Physiotherapy, Massage therapy and Chiropractor services. Conveniently located within Erin Mills Town Center in Mississauga.

We are looking for a Medical office Assistant/ Receptionist to work for Multi Disciplinary clinic.


Responsibilities

  • Demonstrates enthusiastic, friendly, warm demeanor
  • Answer phones with good etiquette and direct calls
  • Excellent Oral and written communication in English
  • Scanning and photocopying, faxing
  • Booking patients in to EMR system and follow up with patients.
  • Other administrative duties as required
  • Payment receivable and credit card processing.

Qualification

  • Demonstrates enthusiastic, friendly, warm demeanor
  • Dependable and must be able to do Multitasking with strong customer service
  • Previous work experience in Physiotherapy Clinic would be an asset

Universal / Antibex software experience would be good

  • Teamplayer, Dedication & Reliability, Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Experience working with billing insurance using Telus, Green Shield and Blue Cross would be an asset.
  • Previous experience with Eye/ Dental office considered.

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour


Expected hours:
per week


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Physiotherapy clinic: 2 years (required)
