Bilingual Customer Experience Representative

The Bilingual Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering best in class service to all our customers both internally and externally.
What You Will Do:
- Provide support and build solid relationships with our customers and sales team
- Perform accurate ontime order entry with 24 hours turn around time
- Own your order. Make sure it is precise in terms of products and prices.
- Inform customers by mail of order information, such as order number, unit prices, inventory level, shipping dates, and any anticipated delays.
- Receive and respond to customer complaints and develop sound system knowledge to be able to assist with customer inquiries
- Collaborate on cross functional tasks whenever required
- (CSR/Call Center experience an asset)
- Fluency in both English and French
- Post secondary education or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset
- A strong and effective communicator both verbal and written
- A resultsoriented individual who delivers on business objectives
- Possess a team first attitude
- Someone with a passion for delighting the customer and delivering on service
- Detail oriented and have a sense of urgency
- Eager to give and receive feedback
- Experience with Microsoft AX Dynamics and Oracle are an asset
