We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative.


Responsibilities:


The Customer Service Representative will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and is a striver for building deep and long-lasting relationships with our customers.

It's a Full-Time which is based in the Head Office, and have chances to work with the stores.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Brand Champions
  • Relationship builders
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
  • Improve the knowledge base and training materials to help users
  • Respond to customers' needs professionally at any time needed

Job Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategies, policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to advance the level of customer service we provide.
  • Record the best and bad practice of customer service based on internal or external cases study, and generate training materials of customer service accordingly.
  • Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
  • Resolve customer issues by analyzing the situation, determining appropriate solutions and ensuring appropriate followup
  • Take the responsibility of internal customer service improving training.
  • Must be able to work on weekends and shifts
  • Working with stores after hours in handling any issues that may arise with customers
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by the management or supervisor

Skills and Qualifications:


  • You have at least one year of professional work experience and hold a Bachelor's degree. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • You're a critical thinker and reliable multitasker with solid interpersonal skills and excellent perseverance.
  • You have strong capabilities in Microsoft Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel

Job Types:

Salary:
$18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
