We are currently looking to fill the role of Production Manager. We are a fast-paced, highly motivated team that thrives on making the impossible, possible. You will need to be a collaborator to ensure we can get the job done right and on time. The Production Manager oversees all manufacturing activities planning ahead, managing the daily schedule.
The Production Manager holds the responsibility of managing plant employees to complete projects safely, on time and with our quality standards.
You are both a leader and a manager and know the difference.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee workflow by monitoring the processes, resources and systems in place.
- Reporting on key performance indicators for production on a weekly basis.
- Oversee scheduling and timing of all work released to production.
- Review job costing reports to ensure planned margins are maintained and any deficiencies are addressed with corrective actions
- Monitors and updates MOM's and BOM's as necessary to ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Identify improvements needed in processes, equipment and people
- Directs the preventative maintenance program for machines and equipment.
- Ensure all Health and Safety, CSA and ESA records and regulations are maintained.
- Oversee employee health and safety performance.
- Complete performance reviews of all direct reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a custom manufacturing environment required.
- Experience in sign manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Leadership experience.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of tools
- Strong Organizational skills
