HomeLife Realty Services is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager with a passion for real estate and brand building. We are a leading global real estate company focused on empowering our franchisees through innovative marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage our company's marketing initiatives.
  • Educate and inspire franchisees to align with our new branding.
  • Develop and implement effective traditional and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Drive lead generation efforts and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Travel to brokerages for inperson meetings with members.
  • Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, infographics, brochures, and digital content.
  • Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual identity through consistent design elements.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Ability to work onsite and own a vehicle for travel.
  • Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital marketing.
  • Experience in leading successful leadgeneration campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a talent for inspiring others.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of branding, design principles, and visual communication.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.

Salary:
$70,000 - $80,000 per year

Type:
Full Time, On-Site (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
