Scope of Role

The Retail Sales Associate supports the Retail Store Manager in ensuring customers, parents, and students, have a positive, welcoming, and efficient shopping experience in the Meadowridge Uniform Shop.

Key Responsibilities

Greetcustomers
Answer questions about Meadowridge uniform requirements
Suggest items and fitting students
Keep sales floor tidy and presentable
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and organizing inventory shipments
Process payments and refunds professionally

Skills and Attributes

Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Proficient in verbal and written English language
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read, write, and effectively communicate with customers and management
Professional telephone etiquette
Ability to multitask, while being attentive to customers
Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
Mandarin speaking would be an asset, but not required

All statutory holidays are observed, and the Store is open from 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM, Monday to Friday

During the time of July 2, 2024, to August 16, 2024, the Uniform Shop will be closed on Fridays_
