JOB SUMMARY:
Are you a donut lover with a knack for making things run smoothly? Join us as the Store Manager at Lee's Donuts and sprinkle some magic You'll be the heart of our operations, ensuring both customers and our team have a fantastic time.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Management and Development
- Plan, recruit, train, and develop a skilled and competent team
- Monitor employee performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork
- Identify training needs and arrange skill development opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate team shifts for adequate coverage
Customer Service and Communication
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle complaints professionally
- Develop strategies to attract and retain loyal customers
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and updates
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and sales performance
- Complete weekly orders for supplies, ingredients, and preorders
- Address maintenance and repair needs for the store
- Coordinate special events or promotions to boost sales
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies accordingly
- Assessment of the quality in our products against targets and performance be obsessed with how our flavors are doing against customers' demands
Product Quality and Safety
- Maintain product quality and adhere to food safety standards
- Implement health and safety regulations and company policies
Administrative and Financial Management
- Handle administrative tasks related to employee records and HR procedures
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements
- Monitor & report daily/weekly labor hours and understand the relationship to transaction reports (received from Regional Manager)
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- You have experience in retail management
- You care about a customeroriented approach with a passion for service
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
- Must be available to work on weekends and early mornings
Compensation:
Base + tips
Bonus:

Pay:
$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
