DAILY FUNCTIONS:
_
- Control and execution of duties of estimating and project management divisions quotes, budgets, analyze drawings, prequalification, subcontractor control,
- High level involvement with project management in formal tender bids, closings and budgets
- Direct and organize tender bids, closings and budget reviews.
- Indirect and direct involvement in pre and post project cost analysis
- Control and administration over invoicing for projects deal with billings and invoice details.

REQUIREMENTS:
_
- Experience in Estimating and/or Project Management 3 to 5 years.
- Exposure to engineering and construction.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, willingness to learn and also adapt to changing environment.
- College/University Level Education preferably background in some of the following construction, engineering, accounting or estimating (C.E.T. or P.ENG are definite asset)
- Experience in AutoCad
