We are currently looking to hire a qualified Sales and Finance Coordinator to our team of professionals.

The Sales and Finance Coordinator, is responsible for responding to leads in a professional and timely manner as well as handling finance/credit information along with supporting bank documents.

They must possess strong customer service skills, attention to detail and are enthusiastic, positive, goal minded, and a clear communicator (strong English writing and speaking skills).

General Responsibilities:

• Understand and implement internet sales, follow up process, and use the lead management system effectively and efficiently
• Facilitate and finalize bank contract details with clients to ensure all parties are in agreeance and ensure bank contracts are funded promptly
• Try and secure an appointment to get the customer into the dealership
• Carry out and coordinate tasks with the Sales Consultants
• Maximize the registration of prospect names, phone numbers, and appointments
• Reports to the Senior Finance Manager of Subprime Financing department
• Other duties as required

Requirements:

• Will need to be available for the following hours.
• 10am 6pm
  or 12pm 8pm Monday to Thursday
• 9am 6pm Friday or Saturday (alternating weekends schedule)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Is a selfstarter, has multitasking and prioritizing skills, interpersonal and team building skills, problem solving and decision making skills, excellent communication skills (including verbal, listening, writing)
• Will need to have or attain an AMVIC license upon employment
• Knowledge of Dealertrack and Activix considered an asset
• Multilingual language speaking considered an asset
