Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
Wage:
$2- 26/hour

We provide traffic control, on-street services, and signage products and services across Canada, currently operating out of offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon, Langley, Kamloops, Winnipeg, Brandon, and Mississauga.

Key Responsibilities:
- Present a professional and positive image of ATS Traffic to all visitors, suppliers, inquiries, and staff.
- Reception answer all incoming calls and direct to the correct department and/or personnel.
- Receive incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages. Distribute to appropriate staff in a timely fashion.
- Complete customer requests of reissuing of ATS invoices.
- Assist HSE department with updating policies, entering certificates and other administrative support as needed.
- Assisting with copying, collecting, and distributing office paperwork.
- Creating/Formatting SOP's for OSS and Production
- Prepare and maintain company documents and reports.
- Entering of expense receipts.
- Data entry for various departments.
- Provide project/task assistance to various departments.
- Manage room calendars.
- Ensure & approve stock on office and coffee supplies for all locations.
- Research and recommend office/coffee suppliers.
- Schedule own priorities.
- Find ways to improve administrative processes.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent; preferred postsecondary education in Business Management or Administration.
- At least 3 years of office administration experience.
- Strong technology knowledge of office software. E.g., Microsoft Office, Great Plains
