About the role
We're looking for a
Business Advisor I, Claims to join our growing team in Claims Atlantic


What you'll do here:


  • Coordinate the design, validation and implementation of change management strategies.
  • Ensure the update and evolution of project tracking tools, impact analyses and change management analysis documents.
  • Prepare change management presentations and analyses for the management team.
  • Conduct stakeholder and impact analysis in partnership with business analysts, product owners and other relevant specialists for medium complexity projects.
  • Liaise with contacts in other areas affected by the changes.
  • Participate in project meetings, workshops and other activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Senior Business Advisor and Project Manager on their initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any combination of equivalent education and experience
  • Ability and interest in both strategic thinking and execution of deliverables
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent team player and initiative
  • Facilitation skills (an asset)
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset
    . **Need to interact on a regular basis with an Englishspeaking clientele and colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada
