Under the direct supervision of the Food Service Supervisor, the Journeyman Cook prepares standardized recipes for patients and long-term care residents.
About You:
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Certified Journeyman Cook
- 1 year experience preferred
- Baking skills are an asset
- Ability to deal with customers and patients in a courteous, helpful manner
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Competencies in other languages preferred; French an asset
PLEASE NOTE:
Frequent physical demands include extensive standing, repetitive motion, awkward positions and lifting.
Hours:
- Long Assignment, Full-Time / 100% FTE / 75 Hours Biweekly
- Approximately 12 Months
- Shiftwork / Call / Rotation / etc
Compensation and Incentives:
$ $26.21 Hourly
