Essential Duties

  • Project Management & Planning
  • Execute on project scope and manage objectives, schedule, and deliverables that support business goals.
  • Track project progress using project plans, activity logs, and status reports.
  • Identify project risks and issues and escalate to project sponsor and project manager as needed.
  • Identify activities as either in or out of scope.
  • Identify and execute appropriate communication methods to meet stakeholder and senior leadership needs on the accurate status of a project.
  • Identify project stakeholders and manage stakeholder requirements; communicate with and involve stakeholders at the appropriate level throughout the project, including following up with stakeholders to ensure progress.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and facilitate meetings while documenting key meeting topics for distribution to attendees afterwards
  • Project Documentation
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule including administrative tasks and all key stakeholders in the project. Ensure all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Create and maintain project documentation to evaluate, plan, monitor, & follow up on active projects.
  • Prepare impactful presentations supported by data analysis, factchecking and effective visualization techniques.
  • Collect, document, and archive lessons learned for future project use.
  • Be responsible for the accuracy and completion of all project documentation.
  • Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
- (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) _

  • Bachelor's degree (required)

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
Certified Associate in Project Management (preferred)


TECHNICAL/SOFT SKILLS
- (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) _

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (preferred)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, including very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (required)
  • Experience using Smartsheet.
  • Experience using PowerBI
  • Highly collaborative and able to consult effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Effective organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE
- (MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED) _

  • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Previous experience working in a matrix team environment.
Provide activity oversight for completion of established objectives and activities.


Compensation Range:
$61,500 - $86,000
