The accounting clerk is required to perform operational accounting in a rapidly growing environment.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide accounting and administrative support to the compatibility department
Prepare bank deposits and record them in the accounting system;
Follow up on accounts payable and receivable;
Enter key financial transaction data into the database on a daily basis
Balance accounts receivable
Enter entries related to expense accounts / credit cards;
Prepare bank reconciliation

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
DEP in accounting or relevant experience;
One to three years of experience in a similar role;

Good knowledge of accounting software:
Sage 50, Excel, Google Suite;
Be comfortable with computer tools (Google Suite, Excel, etc.);
Autonomy, resourcefulness, attention to detail, analytical mind;
Ability to communicate effectively in French and English;
