Systems Deployment Technician

How you'll make a huge impact here - and in your career:

Identifying and resolving the root cause of most hardware, network, and software malfunctions at the workstation level
Perform complex moves, adds, changes of computer equipment
Perform complex hardware and/or software upgrades to existing equipment
Familiar with SCCM, AD, Office 365, Azure

Skills and qualifications, you'll bring:

Experience and education in a relevant program of study from an accredited institution, as well as; experience with current operating systems and networks
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
A+ certification is an asset
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proven sense of urgency to complete tasks and assignments
Ability to diffuse tense customer situations and project a positive, confident outlook
High level of integrity and honesty
Ability to take direction and follow practices and procedures consistently and accurately
Good time management skills
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment
Must pass Security Clearance check
A valid driver's license, vehicle and insurance
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. on a regular basis
Have access to a vehicle
