Description:
We are looking for a
Warehouse Generalist who loves acting as a 'jack of all trades' in our fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Observe, report, and correct discrepancies involving inventory control through adherence to the standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Develop training and educational resources to support showroom and warehouse operations
- Provide excellent service to customers and coworkers
- Perform branch inventory control and maintenance, including cycle and annual inventory counts
- Serve as a key contact for internal and external inventory matters
- Utilize Microsoft office programs and internal company software
- Resolve warranty issues, and investigate inventory discrepancies in partnership with Sales Representatives
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
- Previous forklift experience and/or ability to attain forklift certification, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) and WHMIS certifications
- Ability to stand, walk, bend and be active for duration of shift
- Ability to communicate with coworkers and customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Proficiency in basic computer skills to utilize Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to safely lift 50lbs while unassisted
- Ability to commute to Prince George branch
- Basic English language proficiency in reading and writing

- Positivity within a fastpaced environment
- 12 years of warehouse distribution experience

- On site at our Grand Prairie Warehouse
- Reporting to the Grand Prairie Branch Manager
Salary
- $ $22.00 per hour
