We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Parts Team.

About the Role:

This position is responsible for ordering and selling parts for all departments while maintaining a high level of profitability.

Applicants must have:

12 years' experience working in a dealership parts department
Be a selfstarter who can work effectively and efficiently on their own
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy and an ability to problem solve
Strong computer skills (Honda or ADP Experience would be an asset)
Ability to consistently manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

Prepare orders, receipt orders, pick parts, prepare paperwork and maintain an organized warehouse
Assist wholesale and retail customers by telephone or in person and work closely with the service and sales departments
Preparing returns to our manufacturer, including obsolescence, warranty parts etc
Assist in regular routine bin counts
Lift and carry up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
Perform other duties as required by the Parts Manager.
