Description
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to oversee all residential concrete projects.

The Project Manager will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with concrete, making estimations, and working in construction.


What we offer:
- $60,000-$100,000/year

Requirements:


  • 3 years of experience in concrete/construction
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle

Duties:


  • Read drawings, read blueprints, create takeoffs, and prepare budgets and quotations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, designers, and architects for pricing.
  • Attend site meetings with project stakeholders.
  • Oversee, track, and document all project costs and files.
  • Complete site investigations and safety assessments as required.
  • Advise and suggest improvements with regards to procedures and tools to help increase production capacity.
  • Advise and suggest improvements with regards to all areas for cost savings and waste reducing.
  • Other duties as required.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift

Experience:


  • Project management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Construction: 3 years (preferred)
  • Auto

CAD:
1 year (preferred)
