Your Opportunity at ARC'TERYX:


  • As the Digital Product Assortment Coordinator, you will work closely with the Digital Product Assortment Lead to ensure the accuracy of Ecommerce product assortment publishing across all regional Arc'teryx websites. You are responsible for the successful management of regional assortments of products across various customer groups and publishing timelines in partnership with our SAP Master Data and Magento web development teams. You will support a DTC product lifecycle focus executing assortment updates on a weekly cadence. You are a detailoriented team player with an aptitude for problemsolving and an expert in Excel and data management.

Meet Your Future Team:


  • The Digital Product team are the content gatekeepers between the business and Arc'teryx websites and apps, we work to ensure that Ecommerce product content is published accurately and ontime across multiple websites, regions, and languages. We are responsible for maintaining ecommerce product copy, visual assets, translations, regional assortment publishing, numerous shopping tools, usergenerated content, and other guestfacing content.

If you were the Digital Product Assortment Coordinator now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:

  • Executing efficient workflows for seasonal Ecommerce product assortment management across multiple regions and user groups
  • Executing seasonal website proofing and inseason product publishing needs from across the business
  • Developing a strong understanding of data structures and interconnectedness of digital platforms used by Arc'teryx
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure product assortment data is clearly organized, accurate, and relevant
  • Proactively seeking ways to streamline and improve processes and tasks
  • Supporting Program Manager, Digital Product with usergenerated content development and execution, including weekly moderation tasks, content curation and QA, marketing support, and vendor communication
  • Ad hoc tasks to support Digital Product team that could include product content QA, compiling shopping tool data and general QA for team projects prior to web release

Here are some of the things you could be working on in the future:

  • Creating build schedules, workflows, and successful launches for our monthly product drops within our upstream systems
  • Being a key team member for our digital assortment management and publishing software transformation projects with SAP and web development implementation team's

Are you our next Digital Product Assortment Coordinator?:

  • You have 2+ years of Ecommerce experience
  • You have 1+ year in an Ecommerce product publishing role or similar
  • You are highly proficient in Excel
  • You are extremely detailorientated and have techniques to help you stay focused and quality check your work and others
  • You have experience working with a DTC brand preferred
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills
  • You have strong communication skills and are confident communicating with crossfunctional teams
  • You have an aptitude for learning and working with various web technologies
  • You are confident working on multiple projects and make timely decisions
  • You are proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
  • You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
  • You seek the best (sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right

$59,000 - $74,000 a year

  • A reasonable estimate of thepay range is $59,000 $74,000 CAD at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as jobrelated skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
