Bilingual Inside Sales Representative, Food & Agriculture

Reporting to the Inside Sales Manager for Food & Agriculture the Bilingual Inside Sales Representative (ISR) primary responsibilities will range from supporting and strengthening existing vendor partnerships along with building out the related dealer networks for these Vendors.

They will be a contact for dealers and be responsible for managing the day-to-day commercial activities.

Day to Day

  • Maintain proactive relationships with, and serve as a liaison between, DLL and their Partners along with their dealer network
  • Identify, target and qualify prospective relationships in with one of DLL major Vendor relationships
  • Establish and maintain proactive relationships with internal DLL operational departments
  • Create, manage, and achieve commercial/performance target goals
  • Attend offsite meetings as required
  • Create PowerPoint presentation, training manuals and communication collateral internally and externally
  • Report on transactional activities as required
  • Support local, North American, and Global manufacture partnerships at a local level

Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or experience in a related field is ideal
  • Minimum 23 years sales or related leasing experience, directly interacting with vendors and end users
  • Previous underwriting exposure, understanding of financial statements, credit reviews and prior client relationship management experience
  • Proven sales, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Thorough knowledge of current marketplace trends and activities
  • Strength in amortization schedules, lease product pricing, subsidy management
  • A risk taker and problem solver who can build relationships and leverage energy and spirit to create a winning solution
  • A "need to win" attitude and the ability to persevere to see the process through to completion
  • Leadership or sales training skills an asset
  • Proficient in MS Office product, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Solid team player
  • A selfstarter with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities
  • Ability to work from home remotely/independently and in a virtual team environment
  • Bilingualism (French/English) is required

Applicable Pay Range
$50,277 - $75,416 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
