About us

United Gulf Developments is a Halifax based company that has been responsible for the planning and construction of large sacle development projects ranging from residential subdivisions to commercial plazas and multi-use units for over 30 years.

Typically cleaning assignments will be scheduled during daytime hours Monday -friday but evenings and weekend availabilty may be required based on the nature of the industry.

Responsibilites
- perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitizing surfaces in residential homes and commercial buildings

Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens and other common areas

- emprty trash and replace liners as needed
- ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly utilized and maintaineed
- communicate effectively with clients when necessary and report directly to the property manager
- fully clean vacant units after tenants move outor renovations have been completed
- maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients and coworkers.

Requirements and Qualifications
- previous experience inresidential and commercial cleanning preferred
- strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- work independently with mínimal supervision
- positive attitude and willingness to adapt to cleaning techniques and expectations
- ability to lift and carry cleaning eqeuipment and supplies regularly
- own cleaning equipment preferred but supplies will be provided
- valid drivers license and clesan drivers abstract a must
- relaiable transportation
