Job Description:

Coordinate the execution of small to mid-size projects to ensure that all related activities are executed in accordance with company procedures, contract specifications, and revises as appropriate to meet project financial, commercial, and technical requirements.

Associate Project Manager is key to differentiating Hitachi Energy in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

Ensures that project follows execution best practices and Hitachi Energy policies. Effectively monitors and controls project progress against financials, deliverables timeline and contractual requirements.
Act as liaison between customer, supplier and internal partners for proper project execution
Identifies, qualifies, quantifies, and manages risk & issues, and ensure that all opportunities are identified and pursued. Captures, analyzes, and shares lessons learned throughout the project.
Ensures the project closeout as contractually agreed.
Ensures that any project warranty and after sales issues are resolved in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and contractual agreements.

Specific qualifications:

College or university degree in manufacturing operations, project management or similar 24 years of experience in a similar role and/or customer account management/ coordination of multiple projects
Spoken and written English and French functional
MS office,
Basic knowledge of Project Management
Autonomy, initiative and proactivity
Strong customer service focus
Good work ethic,
Good communication and collaboration skills with team members and different stake holders
