Tasks:


  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
  • Record all measurements and other information obtained during survey activities
  • Analyze, manage and display data using geographic information systems and computeraided design and drafting
  • Determine precise locations using electronic distance measuring equipment

Computer and technology knowledge:


  • ArcGIS
  • MS Excel
  • MS Word

Field skills experience:


  • Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment
