LOGISTIC/INVENTORY COORDINATOR

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for customer support Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory defined under a Service Level Agreement to ensure the terms of the contract are respected regarding depot inventory support.
- Maintain accuracy of Customer Support depot spares inventory database system including additions and/or amendments to the Customer Support part master database.
- Physically receive or expedite parts from the department to support global depot, AOGs and PM request.
- Monitor all depot parts requests across Customer Support Global Depots Network and physically process all requests (routine and AOG) from the Customer Support Montreal Depot.
- Responsible for physically prepare, inspect and process depot replenishment shipments to maximize Customer Support depots support potential, including depottodepot transfers. Followup with Traffic department to ensure timely shipments from Montreal.
- Followup with respective depot contacts to confirm received shipments and to investigate discrepancies or logisticrelated issues.
- Take charge of aging loan report and followup on overdue loans.
- Act as a liaison for Customer Service Administrators (CSA) and shipping department (HUB) to deliver or investigate parts.
- Support aftermarket PMs with request related to parts for update projects.
- Provide guidance and hands on support for missing components or parts
- Physically handle and stock all parts entered into inventory in Montreal.
- Expedite parts sourcing for critical in field and upcoming aftermarket projects.
- Participate in the reduction of the parts shortages via continuous improvement processes.
- Manage the power off priorities for all aftermarket projects and the shipping cell.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have atleast 1 year of relevant experience in an ERP environment.
- Must have strong English communicative and written skills.
- Must have good French communication skills.
- Ability to understand operational process and critical thinking on improvement.
- Demonstrate high interpersonal skills.
- Must have ability to establish priority when high volume of request comes in.
- Must be able to carry and lift part below 20 Kgs.
