Weekdays & Alternating Weekends:
Rotating Days, Evenings; 8 hrs; As per schedule, Rotating shift Required, On-call Required


Summary of Duties

Qualifications/Skills

  • OSSD + 1 year of Community College (preferably in administration related program)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook)as well as ESP schedule software and electronic time sheets
  • Positive approach to problem solving and ability to take direction.
  • Ability to work and cope within a changing, fastpaced environment with frequent interruptions.
  • Typing 40 w.p.m. with maximum 5% error rate.
  • Sound knowledge of the Bed Management System
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on ensuring friendly and professional communications with clients.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated excellent critical thinking skills and strong, proactive problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated high standards of accuracy, efficiency and organizational/prioritizing abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to take appropriate initiative in resolving issues and improving the work environment.
  • Proficient ability to multitask throughout the work day.
  • Strong minutetaking skills for meetings
