SUMMARY

About the Role - F&B Outlets Greeter

A Greeter has many responsibilities; they are typically responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel/restaurant, providing directions for guests as needed and helping keep their work area clean and organized for a good dining experience.

Some of the responsibilities include:

Greet guests as they arrive
Provide information on our current sales and promotions
Schedule followup appointments or calls
Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones
Notify the floor manager or security personnel about potential issues

Qualifications:

Service focused personality is essential
Previous fine dining or luxury level service knowledge and training.
Minimum 2 year previous work experience in a worldclass luxury brand in a similar capacity.
Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and qualitydriven
Excellent communication skills
Constant walking & standing
