Position Overview**This position will be required to work at all three of the County's Long-Term Care
facilities:
North Lambton Lodge in Forest, Lambton Meadowview Villa in Petrolia and
Marshall Gowland Manor in Sarnia.**The Quality Assurance Resource Worker Summer Student will support the Quality Assurance Manager in the Long-Term Care Division
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the collection and organization of data
- Distribute and complete surveys for Elders and Families
- Assist with the education program
- Organize documents related to Quality Improvement initiatives and programs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Completion of one year of post secondary education related to Gerontology, Quality Improvement or related study
- Computer skills are required
- Must be well disposed to working with older people and working as part of a team
