Position Overview
**This position will be required to work at all three of the County's Long-Term Care

facilities:
North Lambton Lodge in Forest, Lambton Meadowview Villa in Petrolia and
Marshall Gowland Manor in Sarnia.**The Quality Assurance Resource Worker Summer Student will support the Quality Assurance Manager in the Long-Term Care Division

Responsibilities:

Assist with the collection and organization of data
Distribute and complete surveys for Elders and Families
Assist with the education program
Organize documents related to Quality Improvement initiatives and programs
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Completion of one year of post secondary education related to Gerontology, Quality Improvement or related study
Computer skills are required
Must be well disposed to working with older people and working as part of a team
