Collins Aerospace Systems, part of Raytheon Technologies, is looking for a
Finance Manager for the Winnipeg Cabin Integration (CI) business, located in Winnipeg, Canada.

The Winnipeg CI business currently provides interior retrofit, modification, modernization, upgrades, integration, and space optimization solutions while improving aesthetics and comfort to passengers, flight crew and mission critical personnel, on narrow body, regional, business jet, freighter, turbo prop and military transport platforms.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • The Finance Manager will direct the business's management and program financial planning, analysis, and control activities.
  • Partner with leadership and supporting functions, in achieving the organization's strategic financial objectives.
  • Maintaining a stable internal control environment, including Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, while ensuring that the Company adheres to US GAAP.
  • Being a trusted partner, providing actionable insight, developing robust financial plans, and driving performance to improve profitability and organizational efficiency.
  • Growing, developing talent, and initiating excellent processes
  • Ensuring financial investments and business commitments are consistent with the Company's strategic objectives and are generating adequate returns while avoiding financial and operational risks.
  • Providing guidance on technical accounting and contractual matters, critical operational and engineering performance drivers, and adhoc business analysis.

Qualifications/Experience Needed:


  • Typically requires University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience
    or **an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
    or **in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior finance experience working within a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in financial and management accounting, cost accounting and control, engineering development programs, financial modeling, scenario analysis, and lean manufacturing.
  • Experience with Macola and Hyperion or another comparable ERP system.
