we are a tiny, close knit team that values character and integrity.mutual respect is a must and a strong ability to mesh between front and back of house teams is required.
we are currently looking to add part-time support staff for Friday-Sunday services.our staff are encouraged to be themselves, to dress and act as individuals, all the while representing the values and qualities that our restaurant encompasses.
experience is a serious asset but not required; willing to train a good fit. enthusiasm for good music and good times is a must.As a server assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Bussing/setting tables
- Running food/beverages to tables
- Monitoring the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Assisting Servers with seating tables/maintaining flow of reservations
- Ensure that FOH is stocked with necessary items like wine, napkins, etc.
- Assist with washing/polishing glasses, cutlery and dishes as required
- Other duties as assigned or required
Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certification
- Strong oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
- Ability to remain calm in a fastpaced environment
- Organizational skills
- Ability to problemsolve and efficiently prioritize tasks
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary:
$16.00 per hour
