This is a unique opportunity to join a world-class marketing team in an individual contributor role.

The Digital Marketing Specialist - CRM will be responsible for developing innovative programs that acquire new customers while increasing spend, tenure, and profitability of existing customers.

In addition to being an outstanding communicator and copywriter, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Detail oriented with a mobile-first mindset with demonstrated strong execution experience is a must.

This is a global role, so experience working across multiple time zones with colleagues from around the world is highly valued.

This role requires flexible working hours to collaborate on projects and accommodate requests coming from teams working in different time zones

What You'll Do

Collaborate with field marketing managers located globally to plan and execute campaigns
Optimize all aspects of CRM within the company through prudent administration of customer and prospect data in Salesforce and Pardot
Develop personalization strategies to optimize customer journeys across SOTI's digital properties
Assist other members of the marketing team with other projects as required

Experience You'll Bring

Experience in working with website forms to drive data (lead) capture
An understanding of marketing's responsibilities under major legislation effecting CRM (CASL, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, GDPR, and others)
Experience working with customer information to ensure data hygiene and perform segmentation
Flexibility to work on projects with different teams located globally and in different time zones
