BFL CANADA is looking for a
Systems Administrator, Broker Solutions for its Toronto office**As part of the Broker Solutions Team, you will be responsible for supporting end users at BFL through the daily administration, maintenance and support of the broker products including but not limited to Applied EPIC, CSR24, Applied Rating and other software & integrations available to our internal users as they relate to the broker products.

Your day as a Systems Administrator**- Administrator of BFL's primary broker management system Applied EPIC and other broker products including CSR24, Applied Rating, internal products ensuring that all administration meets compliance and regulatory guidelines when affecting these systems.

  • Creation of user accounts and subsequent maintenance of details affecting the configuration of all customized requirements to allow for the efficient and effective use of the products by internal users within the existing standards and guidelines.
  • Support end user needs for use of EPIC and other broker products in fulfilling business objectives that includes troubleshooting, daily maintenance and administration for all internal customers while maintaining the integrity of the systems.
  • Participate in quality control, end user testing and user acceptance to ensure that configuration meets both business and technical requirements including performance, maintainability and stability.
  • Participate in projects that pertain to the maintenance, improvements, and standardization of EPIC and related products.
  • Record maintenance to comply with auditor and internal requirements including but not limited to end user security access and account configuration.
  • Participate in business and technology meetings to fully understand needs, capture, review and analyze stakeholder requirements, consult and work within the team to deliver appropriate quality solutions and services in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Support the integration and standardization of change management activities across systems.
  • Bachelor's degree or 23 years' experience in program operations or in an analytical role within programs is an asset;
    however, recent graduates will be considered
