- Monitor the high-level schedule of development and change activities;
- Guide the Engineering Airframe team through the gates of change requests; generate analysis related to the team workload and identify bottlenecks and capacity issues;
- Work in collaboration with multiple collaborators (internal & external) at the same time in order to achieve the development and change activities;
- Communicate to Engineering stress team their priorities;
- Support the execution of team priorities and results;
- Support required governances link to the support Engineering group release;
- Provide a capacity plan to stress management team;
- You have a Bachelor's in Engineering, Project management, Business administration or the equivalent;
- You have from 3 to 7 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination in Engineering.
- You have leadership skills, and you are able to defend your point when necessary;
- You can handle multiple priorities at same time and are able to lead operational issues;
- You are an organized person;
- You have the experience collaborating with multiple companies;
- You have knowledge of the stress analysis domain (an advantage);
- You have experience in aeronautic industry (an advantage);
- Communication skills both verbally and in written in French and in English;
- You are a great teammate with proven aptitudes in communication ensuring a positive collaboration multiple business partners involved.
