Responsibilities:

  • Maintains verbal communication with kitchen and waitstaff.
  • Monitors the quality of dishes.
  • Ensures restaurant adherence to health and sanitation standards.
  • Makes final preparations on dishes.
  • Assists staff and management as required where needed.

Qualifications:

  • Works well in a fastpaced, highstress environment.
  • Great communication and coordination skills.
  • Can work on weekends and holidays.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent teamwork skills.
This is position is for weekend evenings only. You must be available Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
